The Private Label Launch Process
From initial design files to receiving your bulk stock, step-by-step.
1. Tech Specs
Submit vectors or reference garments. We create digital tech mockups with labels and branding specs for approval.
2. Sample Phase
We build a pre-production sample featuring custom tags, prints, and packaging box details within 5-7 business days.
3. Bulk Run
Once you sign off on the sample quality, we begin bulk fabric dye sublimation, pattern cutting, sewing, and label insertion.
4. Export Ship
Cartons are packed, loaded, and cleared through customs, then shipped globally via express air or cost-effective sea routes.
