The Pro Bros operates a fully integrated manufacturing facility, giving us complete control over quality, timing, and customization at every single stage of production.

Unlike trading companies or agents, we own and manage our entire manufacturing line in Sialkot, Pakistan. This allows us to guarantee factory-direct pricing, fast turnarounds, and strict quality control that meets or exceeds leading international brands.

Our facility houses dedicated departments for pattern drafting, automated fabric cutting, high-fidelity sublimation printing, precision embroidery, professional sewing lines, multi-stage quality control, and export packaging.

We utilize high-capacity Japanese and Italian sublimation printers paired with premium eco-friendly inks. Sublimation fuses dye directly into the fabric fibers under high heat and pressure, resulting in graphics that will never crack, peel, fade, or wash out — keeping fabric breathable.
