Quality Control Standards

Quality Control Standards

Zero errors, premium finishes. We maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) matching international brands.

Quality First

Our Quality Philosophy

At The Pro Bros, quality is not a final step; it is integrated into every raw yarn, print layout, and sewing line.

We operate a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) division that runs completely independent of the production managers, ensuring unbiased checkups and compliance logs. Every batch must pass strict Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) guidelines before packing permissions are granted.

From verifying fabric weight and stretch coefficients to stress-testing flatlock stitching on dynamic pulling jigs, we ensure your sportswear lasts multiple seasons of elite play.

Rigorous Protocols

The 5 Gates of Quality Inspections

Our multi-stage check system that ensures each garment leaves the factory in perfect condition.

01

Incoming Fabric & Yarn Audit

We perform lab tests on raw fabric rolls before printing. This includes weight verify (GSM), stretch recover, pilling resistance, and colorfastness checking.

02

Dye Sublimation Align Check

We check the first print pull of every order to ensure high-fidelity color match (using Pantone matching systems), sharp lines, and clean pattern alignment.

03

In-Line Stitch Audit

QC supervisors inspect sewing blocks in real time. We audit stitch density (stitches per inch), seam elasticity, and thread tension compliance.

04

Post-Stitch Visual Inspect

Every completed garment is visually inspected flat on light-tables to check for thread trim cleanups, print stains, and seam integrity.

05

Final AQL Batch Audit

Before boxing, our final auditing division performs a random batch audit matching Acceptable Quality Level (AQL 2.5) international industry standards.

Sportswear Physical Testing Laboratory
Technical Standards

Sportswear Physical Testing Laboratory

We test our sportswear under extreme conditions to ensure performance matches on-field usage requirements.

  • Colorfastness Testing

We test print fading and color migration under intensive hot-water washing cycles to ensure logo integrity remains sharp.

  • Seam Tensile Strength

Specialized machinery pulls stitched seams to measure maximum breaking force, simulating rugby and combat sports movements.

  • Dimensional Shrink Verification

Apparel panel dimensions are verified before and after test washes to guarantee sizing matches our specification charts exactly.
